"If you are looking for a down to earth, genuine realtor who truly has your best interest in mind, Kim is it! The sale of our home and purchase of another had some fairly complex aspects. Kim's attention to detail and ability to build solid relationships with all parties involved allowed for both transactions to occur seamlessly. "Not sure when was the last time a buyer left a positive review about the selling agent. Well here we are. I cannot tell how impressed and fortunate I was to work with Kim Swartz. Also, just like the disclosures I had to sign during our transaction, let me be clear and state Kim and I are NOT related even though we both have the same last name. What are the odds of that happening. What a small world. Kim is extremely professional, courteous, trustworthy, and has build an amazing reputation of providing all of her clients (on both sides of a transaction) with an amazing level of customer service. Every step of the way, Kim went above and beyond our expectations. Yes we bought a house during a seller’s market, but even after the close of our house, Kim was there to help us. She even got us a list of local resources and a bottle of wine from one of her family friends. She has been in real estate for many years and that experience shines through. She is also an expert of the area because she actually lives in Ramona too.
